Peter Varelas

CO-FOUNDER

Peter has been involved in the fleet management and procurement industry for over 25 years.  He has seen vehicle management from the perspectives of both major corporate and fleet management service provider.  Peter brings his passion for customers and cars to the business.

Michael Mitrovits

CO-FOUNDER

Michael is a Chartered Accountant that found his way into the fleet management industry in 2003 where he became managing director of Holden Leasing.  In 2011 he co-founded a niche novated lease provider that was acquired by an ASX listed company in late 2015.  Having enjoyed the start-up experience he joined Peter in founding One Car Group to bring the benefits of fleet management and novated leases to small and medium businesses.
